Haven't stayed here, but popped in with my partner to meet a friend for a catch up. Really nice rustic and chatty atmosphere and friendly staff. Quite a pricey food menu, but definitely worth the money! Honestly, one of the most delicious pub meals I've ever had. Would like to visit again when I'm in the area.
Excellent place to eat, drink and stay at. The staff are fantastic as is the food too.
The carvery was very good. Sadly, the cauliflower cheese didn't have any cheese flavour. And the puddings, they were all absolutely delicious.
At a wedding reception and stayed over for 2 nights. Food excellent and staff pleasant and helpfull. Would highly recommend it
Food very good and chef very accommodating with one of our party with dietary requirements. Very clean and warm inside and the courtyard is stunning. Staff efficient but a bit cold and on auto pilot. But nevertheless do a good job. Will definitely visit again
