Went there for lunch, thought it would be just pub food but we were wrong. So wrong. Firstly, the menu looked appealing and was modernised. I had a burger, and it was the best I've ever had. Onion rings nicely accommodated it and the chips were very good too! Very nice place definitely going back...
Poor evening. Waitress had no idea what was on the menu, service was very slow, the bill was wrong and took about 15 minutes to sort out and no apology for any of their faults. The food was poor quality and we will definitely not be going back. The pub was really quiet so goodness knows how they cope if it gets busy. Such a shame as our party were really looking forward to the evening
An excellent lunch for twelve riotous "older" ladies. Superb waiting and bar staff. Thank you Stewart and your "crew". We will definitely be back regularly.
