Don't know which Robinson's John Slatcher shopped in but it couldn't have been the one in Lutterworth.Absolutely fantastic service whenever I go in. I have had items repaired free of charge. Once I lost the back of an earring and lost it - when I went in to complain as they were a recent purchase and not cheap, they replaced the set. Always get a warm welcome whether I purchase or not and on my latest wander in I even got a discount.
