RAN BY MORONS, CONSTANTLY UNDERSTAFFED DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT OR SICKNESS. TWO WEEKS RUNNING YOU QUEUE EARLY TO GO SWIMMING ONLY TO BE TOLD CANT LET ANYONE ELSE IN DUE TO STAFFING PROBLEMS AND NOT ENOUGH LIFEGUARDS TO COPE WITH DEMAND. THERE TILLS WERE BROKEN TOO SO MASSIVE QUEUE AS THEY PLODDED ALONG AT A SNAILS PACE. LET CHILDREN DOWN AGAIN DUE TO YOUR MISMANAGEMENT. I KNOW ITS 2019 BUT I DONT WANT MY CHILDREN GREETED BY WHATEVER THAT IS ON THE FRONT DESK EITHER, ITS LIKE LESLEY IN BENIDORM! PAINTED LONG NAILS AND DRESS JEWELLERY ON THE HANDS OF A 'MAN' GREETING CHILDREN TO A SWIMMING BATHS IS IN MY EYES IS INAPPROPRIATE.
I was a member then left and rejoined. I recently did the Pilates class, teacher is very good but the floor was filthy. We were mainly in bare feet and there was dirt and even grit pieces on the floor where I was. If you use the dry change don't leave your valuables anywhere other than your locker.
After 8 + years of being a member I have had enough of this poorly run facility. Cleanliness has got steadily worse, maintenance of spinning bikes is poor, more classes these days are virtual (I can do this at home!). Over the years good instructors have left. Given up complaining, local management are not bothered to take on board or rectify issues. Membership is now poor value for money.
Aqua fit - really good class. Water clean. However in the disabled shower cubicle sensor on the shower only worked onceAnd was slipping down off the wall. It needs a serious refurbishment as it was very dirty.Felt let down when mentioning it at the desk to quote 'well, it was working yesterday ' !
Nice facilities and pool. Could do with shower cubicles though instead of open ones facing the pool.
