Have my first pair of verifocals, sadly they didn't work for me. I took them back and was told by the assistant to try them for longer. After another while I returned again and was told by a different assistant that I had the wrong tye. They ordered me the correct ones, replaced the wrong ones all for no extra charge. Sadly due to being miss advised the first time I nearly missed their 3 month no quibble exchange or refund guarantee or I would have given 5*
