Disappointing. My two small children were denied stickers by the dentist we saw. Way to foster a positive attitude.Will be taking myself and my children elsewhere for our dental health needs in future.
Go in for an emergency appt but then won't get treatment until another appt and usually a 2-3 week wait. Not good when you have a child in pain. Looking for other dentists

I have quite a big filling that's came out, went in as an emergency patient expecting to get it filled there and then, they told me to book an appointment to get it filled and the closest appointment was over a month away, then I had to pay in advance, so I'm 60 quid down, in agony and can't sleep more than a couple of hours a night! No doubt when i eventually go back in a months time they'll say the tooth's decayed and needs extracting! Thinking of going elsewhere from now on!
I have been a client of this dental practice, along with my family, for over 30 years (right back to the days of Mr Bishop!) and they have always been calm, friendly and considerate towards us. We have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment when, and if, required and always been informed if any appointment has been cancelled. Thanks to them I still have all my own teeth!
