AML Valeting have produced and applied the van livery to our fleet of vehicles and were a pleasure to deal with. Anthony was thoroughly professional and was able to highlight potential problems with our original requirements and suggest workarounds to achieve the visual outcome that we wanted. It is not unusual for customers and the public in general to comment on the effectiveness of our vehicle livery and we have to attribute this to AML Valeting. We recommend his services to lots of clients, customers and friends and the feedback has always been excellent
AML is a complete time waster. Doesn't confirm agreements, doesn't text locations, doesn't turn up, despite saying he would do all of those things. How he is still in business, if in fact he is, I don't know.He quoted me a good price for a car carpet clean, which I suspect he later regretted. So instead of revising his price and putting it to me, he just said yes to everything and then didn't bother getting in touch or turning up. Total loser. Certainly lost my business.--Update--Interesting response from AML. Usually folks would go about getting more recent good reviews, I would think. I'm sure AML feels better for getting that off his chest, but the fact he can't seem to remember the arrangements he made with me doesn't help his cause I'd say.I like the cancellation 'policy' - wait around for a while, leave no message, go away. If he'd left a message when he says he turned up perhaps we could have cleared this all up, and maybe I'd have got my car cleaned. My original review states the facts of what happened to me in dealing with AML, along with my feelings of being badly let down, and I stand by it. Hopefully his responses and dealings with other customers are better from this review experience.

I turned up at your office to be told by reception you weren't in, after waiting around for a while I left. It is you that waisted my time, you never told me you wouldn't be present at the office and I never heard from you again. In accordance with my cancellation policy I could have pursued you for full payment for wasting my time, not the other way round.
