Good prices and great customer service
I bought my used Smart car in March 2018. The sales man, Mark Lloyd was helpful and friendly. However, there are a few issues that are preventing me from giving a 5 star review. Namely, I specifically asked for my cherished number plate to be attached using adhesive fixers and the strap line to in capital letters. When I collected the car, I immediately noticed that the plate had been screwed on with unsightly fixers and the strap line was in upper and lower case. Mark told me that they didn't have any sticky fixers - come off it! A few days later, when closing the boot one of the screws fell out! This may seem petty but my wishes were all written down on the used car order form. In addition, I have twice asked Mark Lloyd for the vehicle and media centre User Manuals and on both occasions he has said that he will ask his parts man and get back to me. It is now July and I haven't heard anything. One final thing, I recently attempted to use the spare remote key fob but it didn't work, I replaced the battery but it still didn't work. Mark was supposed to be getting back to me about that too. I'm still waiting Mark if you want to give me a call.
